All of our floral arrangements are made to order using fresh, seasonal flowers. As a result:

Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are prepared or dispatched.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it may only be cancelled or amended in line with our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we may be unable to cancel or refund orders that are already in preparation.
Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or access issues.
Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
