Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Cambridge Florist, all of our bouquets are made to order using fresh, seasonal flowers. We take great care to ensure every order is delivered in excellent condition.

Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the flowers and any packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, depending on the circumstances:

  • A replacement bouquet

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate when placing your order.

Change of Mind

As all arrangements are made specifically to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
