Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some of our products at The Cambridge Florist are offered as purchase options, such as subscriptions, pre-orders, or scheduled deliveries. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Subscriptions
If you have purchased a subscription (for example, a weekly or recurring bouquet):

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription up to 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date.

Changes or cancellations made after this cut-off time will apply to the following delivery, not the upcoming one.

Once a subscription order has entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You can manage your subscription through your account or by contacting us directly.
Pre-Orders & Scheduled Deliveries
For products purchased in advance for a specific delivery date:

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

After this time, flowers will already be sourced and prepared, and we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
Same-Day & Next-Day Orders
Orders placed for same-day or next-day delivery cannot be cancelled once confirmed, due to the immediate preparation of fresh flowers.
Valentine’s Day & Peak Periods
During peak periods (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other seasonal events), cut-off times may be earlier. These will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to Cancel or Make Changes
