Do you offer same-day delivery?
Alice creates a limited number of bouquets each week, and designs are made to order — so same-day delivery isn’t usually available. If you need something urgently, feel free to get in touch and she’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I request specific flowers?
Bouquets are designed using the best seasonal flowers available at the market. You're welcome to mention favourite flowers or ones you’d rather avoid — Alice will do her best to reflect your preferences where possible.

What days do you deliver?
Our bouquet deliveries are typically on a Friday. Alice doesn't usually deliver outside of this but may make exceptions for special events — just ask.

What areas do you deliver to?
The Cambridge Florist delivers to Cambridge, Saffron Walden and the surrounding villages. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is covered, drop Alice a message.

How do flower subscriptions work?
At the moment we offer monthly flower subscriptions — Alice will deliver a fresh design each time. Subscriptions can be paused or updated at any time.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll be able to add a message at checkout, and it’ll be handwritten on one of Alice’s notecards.

What happens if no one is home for delivery?
If no one is in, Alice will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, and pop a note through the door to say where they’ve been left.

How should I care for my flowers?
Each bouquet comes with simple care tips. Generally, a clean vase, fresh water, and trimming the stems every few days will help them last longer.

Do you have a minimum spend?
For full service weddings, Alice works to a minimum spend of £1,000. For smaller celebrations, explore her Core Florals option — a flexible, ready-to-go menu of bridal party flowers and simple arrangements.

What’s the process?
Start by telling Alice a little about your plans via the wedding enquiry form. She’ll be in touch to book a consultation, where you can chat through ideas in more detail. This can be done via Zoom or in person at her studio, in Ickleton just outside of Cambridge. From there, she’ll create a tailored proposal and moodboard to help bring your vision to life.

Can I book last minute?
Alice typically books weddings several months in advance, especially during peak season — but if your date is coming up soon, feel free to get in touch. If she has availability, she’ll always try to help.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — Alice is based in Cambridge but happy to travel throughout Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex and beyond.

Can I make changes after booking?
Absolutely. Alice knows wedding plans evolve. There will be a second consultation to check on plans before the wedding in case changes need to be made.
